2) Scope & definitions
This policy explains how we process personal data when you use the App on iOS/Android and related online resources (e.g., support page). “Personal data” means information about an identified or identifiable individual (GDPR Art. 4).
3) Data we process
3.1 Data you provide
- Support communications (email/messages and the content you send us).
- Voluntary inputs (e.g., feedback, ratings).
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Device and app info: device model, OS version, language/region, IP address (shortened/anonymized where feasible), app version.
- Diagnostics/performance: crash events and stability logs (if enabled by your OS settings).
- Usage data: basic in-app interactions (e.g., app launches, screens viewed, session duration).
- Advertising identifiers/signals (see Section 6): e.g., GAID (Android) / IDFA (iOS, if you allow tracking).
4) Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Provide and operate the App (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f): technical delivery, security, stability).
- Analytics and improvement (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f); where consent is required – Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Advertising via partner SDKs (generally based on consent in the EEA, Art. 6(1)(a); non-personalized measurement may rely on legitimate interests where permitted).
- Support communications (performance of contract – App EULA, Art. 6(1)(b), or legitimate interests).
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
6) Advertising, consent & identifiers
6.1 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may use identifiers (e.g., GAID/IDFA), IP address, device information, and signals to select and measure ads. In the EEA, the App shows a consent form via Google’s UMP (User Messaging Platform). You can modify your choices in the App’s consent settings (if provided) or via your device settings (e.g., reset advertising ID).

6.2 Identifiers & your choices
- Android: Reset/opt-out via Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy).
- iOS: Control tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
6.3 Push notifications (if enabled)
If you opt in to notifications, your OS may deliver technical or informational notifications. You can enable/disable them in your device settings. (If the App does not use notifications, remove this paragraph.)
7) International transfers
Some partners may process data outside the EEA. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and supplementary measures, or on adequacy decisions.
8) Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Diagnostics and analytics are typically aggregated or anonymized within reasonable periods.
9) Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g., transport encryption, access controls, data minimization). However, no system is completely secure.
10) Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR in the EEA), you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing).

11) Children
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children below this threshold. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we may notify you within the App.
